Sake was very helpful from the first moment I met him. He charges reasonable rates and helped me find the apartment I wanted in one go. He really knows how to deal with an expat and arranges everything without too much hassle for people who are new to the Dutch real estate market. He also put me in touch with a mortgage broker who offered us a very reasonable interest rate (the lowest you can get in the current market conditions).
