The neat washbasin, luminous mirror and designer radiator give a luxurious feeling. The bedrooms are quite spacious, both have lots of light and because of the built-in wardrobes, there is plenty of storage space.

Finally, the stairs to the attic take you to one last lovely spot in the house. Despite the fact that the attic is not very big, you have a nice spot for an office and still plenty of space for the Christmas stuff. In short, a home that is fully equipped!

ENVIRONMENT:
The house is located in a quiet residential area with lots of greenery, with various facilities a short (walking) distance away. So you can walk to the Zaanbocht via the characteristic bridge, across the street from the house, in three minutes and you can enjoy shopping, get your favorite wine or go for that delicious ice cream. Would you rather go shopping? Then you walk five minutes further and you are at the Aldi, Albert Heijn or Plus.

Wormerveer station is a two-minute bike ride away and a five-minute walk away. You can also drive onto the N203 in no time, so you can easily reach the highway to Amsterdam, Alkmaar or Haarlem.
