You:

• Supervises buyers/ starters from search to key transfer.
• Provides strategic advice based on market information and bids.
• Works together in a small and close-knit team, where your input counts.
• Thinks about processes and contributes to improvements that will help our customers move forward.

What do you bring?

• Experience as a buying agent with a completed education in brokerage and a (large) network.
• A passion for helping people (first-time & generational) with their first home.
• Customer-oriented, commercial and organizational talent.
• The drive to do things smarter and better, without getting stuck in "that's how we've been doing it for 20 years."
• A fresh perspective and the guts to think outside the box.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
