Finding without searching

We recently purchased a home through Home UP and it really went flawlessly. Billy's clear explanations and honesty allowed us to know immediately what we needed to consider, what costs would be incurred and allowed us, as first-time buyers, to learn what it is like to buy a home. Billy was always easy to reach and responded directly and clearly which gave us a lot of peace of mind. Thanks to Home UP we were able to make the start we were so looking forward to and because of their concept we as buyers did not have to worry that someone would outbid us far beyond our budget.

Great experience, Sake and Billy were incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, from the first meeting, where Sake explained to us how buying a house in the Netherlands works, to the signature at the end of the notary appointment for the key transfer.
They made a huge difference, especially in the bidding process, where we were able to be competitive and eventually secure our new apartment in Almere!
