How do you get this exclusive range of starter homes?
We work closely with various parties, such as developers, housing associations and private sellers who award those starters in the housing market their home (s).
Are there any costs associated with buying a home from the exclusive range of starter homes?
We do not charge any fees for registration. The cost of purchasing an exclusive home through us is €5,999, - including VAT, always on a no cure no pay basis. If you don't buy anything, it costs nothing.
What if I want to buy a home from the exclusive offer but I'm not a starter?
Starters get priority over our offerings. This gives them a fair chance of getting a first home for sale. Aren't you a starter? Even then, you can buy a home from our range, but starters always come first.
Is the exclusive range of starter homes also available in my region?
We have a wide range of homes in different regions. But the focus is mainly on Amsterdam, Haarlem and Zaanstad. We are always trying to expand our range, so that there are enough homes for starters in different regions, with different needs.
Can I negotiate the price of a home from the exclusive offer?
No, you can't negotiate. The prices are fixed and fair. They are based on an appraisal report. This offers clarity and transparency for the buyer and seller.
